Recently, our home got a couple of wasps come through the opened light fixture and/or the missing shingle on the roof from the 6/9/26 hailstorm. Luckily it was only one we have seen so far and in the backyard area, we have only seen 4.

We reached out to a couple of Pest Management Companies who specialize and deal with wasps/bees and Progressive Pest Management was very quick to respond.

I spoke with Braden. He was very polite, honest, knowledgeable, and communicative. Although he and his team weren’t able to come by on the same date of inquiry, he was able to take the time to stop by the following day early morning and take care of our dead wasps nests X 2 and a new one that was coming up under our carport area and near the gas outlet area where the plants were (turned off of course, safety first!).

Highly recommend!

Had a great experience with Adam today treating carpenter ants in our shed and regular ant hills in our yard. Fast, friendly, and easy to deal with. Also had a really good experience when calling in with questions prior to booking.

Highly recommend the service to others. In pest situation where prompt actions is needed, they provided their service with great reliability. Called them to get appointment and got it very next day. They got rid of rodents very quickly. Very polite people. Keep it up

I've been working with Progressive Pest Control for almost three years through my role at a property management company, and I can't recommend them highly enough.

When I was assigned to my first building, it was dealing with a significant cockroach infestation. Braden and his team conducted thorough inspections of every unit and implemented an effective treatment plan. The results were impressive—the building was nearly cleared of the infestation in a very short period of time.

What sets Progressive Pest Control apart is their professionalism, transparency, and expertise. They are honest about identifying the source of an issue and provide clear guidance on how to prevent pests from spreading. Their communication is always excellent, and they work closely with property management to ensure long-term success.

In addition to pest control, they also helped address a pigeon problem at the property. Their recommendations and solutions significantly reduced the number of pigeons landing and congregating around the building.

I've worked in the property management industry for nearly 10 years and have partnered with several pest control companies throughout my career. Progressive Pest Control is by far the best company I've worked with. Their knowledge, responsiveness, and commitment to results are second to none.
